Table for Tous is a premium pâtisserie and café known for handcrafted French pastries, Japanese cheesecakes, specialty desserts, and artisanal coffee. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in professional pastry.

What You'll Do

- Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, choux, cheesecakes, and other desserts.
- Learn production techniques, baking methods, and finishing skills.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Help with ingredient preparation, inventory, and kitchen organisation.
- Support the pastry team during daily production.

Who We're Looking For
- Culinary students or fresh graduates, or anyone passionate about baking.
- Basic knowledge of baking is a plus, but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.





Internship Details
- Position: Pastry Intern (Commis III)
- Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
- Shift: Evening/Night (approximately 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: Competitive (based on experience)
