Role Description The Parts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the Grease Monkey facility in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the inventory of automotive parts and fluids, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and issuing parts to the service team in a timely manner.

The Parts

Executive will verify part compatibility, maintain accurate records in inventory systems, and ensure that all parts meet the brand’s authenticity and quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with technicians and service advisors, tracking usage and reordering levels,



organizing storage areas for quick access, and supporting customer queries related to parts, pricing, and availability. The role also involves working with vendors, monitoring deliveries, assisting in periodic stock audits, and contributing to effective workshop operations.

Qualifications Knowledge of automotive parts, fluids, and accessories, preferably with experience in passenger vehicles and car care services.

Experience in inventory management, including stock handling, documentation, and basic use of inventory or POS software.

Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers.

Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized records and storage areas.

Customer service orientation with a focus on transparency, reliability, and problem-solving.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram during workshop hours, including weekends as required.

Prior experience in an automotive workshop, parts department, or similar environment is preferred.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a vocational or technical qualification in automotive or logistics is an added advantage.
