Role Description The Partner role at Upyugo Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Partner will oversee client relationships, lead engagements in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, and ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, guiding strategic decision-making, supervising automation and software implementation projects, and coordinating funding support for clients.

The Partner will collaborate with internal teams, mentor junior professionals,



and contribute to business development and service innovation to expand the firm’s client base and offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial statement preparation, with the ability to review and interpret complex financial data.

- Experience in strategic planning, business advisory, and financial analysis to support client decision-making and growth initiatives.

- Proficiency in process automation and financial or ERP software implementation, including optimizing workflows and controls.

- Background in fundraising, capital structuring, or investor relations, especially for startups and growing businesses.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with a track record of building long-term professional relationships.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring teams, managing projects, and driving operational efficiency.

- Skilled qualification such as CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent degree is highly preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
