What you will be part of?

- Build relationships with universities, professors, and student organizations to establish the company's brand and promote our job opportunities
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from target universities and programs
- Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and teams, and extending job offers
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs by identifying and engaging with high-potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs, align on job requirements and candidate profiles, and provide feedback on the talent market
- Develop and maintain a strong network of alumni and referrals to increase the quality and quantity of incoming talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador for the company
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement What is expected?




- At least 3-7 years of experience in campus recruitment with Bachelor's degree in Human

Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Robust relationship-building skills and ability to network and engage with university stakeholders
- Knowledge of universities and the talent market, including emerging trends and best practices in campus recruitment
- Visit campus (across the country) to execute the hiring and strategic relationship initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Passion for identifying and engaging with emerging talent and promoting the company's value proposition to prospective candidates.
