- Drive acquisition of strategic partners across banking, fintech, e-commerce, and allied ecosystems Build and nurture long-term partner relationships

- Own the partnerships process end to end with internal and external stakeholders. This includes on-boarding , planning and execution of partnerships and post campaign reconciliation and performance analysis

- Maintain trackers, documentation, and SOPs to ensure seamless project execution

- Coordinate with gift card partners to enhance Tira's brand visibility.

- Support with loyalty program initiatives, coordinating across internal teams to take live marketing activations.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Category, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to execute joint initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Finance,



or a related field

- 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, partnerships, or business support roles

- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts)

- Understanding of MIS reporting and business analytics

- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills

- Robust communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
