Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Paid Assistant to support our Chartered Accountant team in accounting, taxation, auditing, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory compliance while ensuring timely and accurate execution of assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and working papers.
- Handle ROC-related documentation and compliance, where applicable.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents and resolve accounting queries.




- Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
