OneGTMLab is an AI-native GTM (Go-To-Market) automation agency. We help B2B cybersecurity companies grow their revenue by automating the work their sales and marketing teams normally do manually.

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to run paid campaigns for our clients across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, with LinkedIn as the main channel. This is a full time, in office role in Delhi. You will own campaigns from setup to reporting and work closely with our marketing and GTM team.

What you will do

- Plan and run LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B SaaS clients
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns alongside LinkedIn
- Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and lead generation forms
- Track performance daily and optimise for cost per lead and lead quality
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Set up conversion tracking, UTMs, and CRM connections
- Share clear weekly reports that connect ad spend to leads and pipeline





What we are looking for

- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B paid media or performance marketing
- Proven hands on experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Good working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Comfortable with GA4, UTMs, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical thinking and full ownership of results

Good to have

- Experience marketing to B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI companies
- Familiarity with tools like Fibbler, HubSpot, or Clay
- Experience targeting US or international markets
