We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist/Executive who can help us scale smartly, not just burn budgets beautifully. You’ll plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels to drive quality traffic, leads, and growth.

What you’ll do

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Set up campaigns, ad groups, targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, and conversion goals.

Write or coordinate ad copies, hooks, landing page inputs, and campaign messaging.

Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.

Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.

Optimize campaigns based on performance data and business goals.

Coordinate with design, content, sales, and analytics teams.

Use AI tools for audience research, campaign analysis, ad variations, performance insights, and workflow efficiency.

Prepare regular performance reports with insights and next steps.





Help build our paid growth process as we scale.

What we’re looking for

2–5 years of experience in paid marketing, performance marketing, or digital ads.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus.

Understanding of funnels, targeting, retargeting, bidding, and conversion tracking.

Ability to analyze data and make practical optimization decisions.

Basic understanding of landing pages, copy, creatives, and lead generation.

Comfort using AI tools to improve research, testing, and optimization.

Solid ownership, attention to detail, and budget discipline.

Comfortable experimenting and improving campaigns in a startup environment.
