Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Packaging Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager to oversee the efficient management of packaging materials, warehouse operations, and inventory control processes. This role is critical to ensuring timely availability of materials, maintaining optimal stock levels, and upholding GMP, safety, and quality standards throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

✔Oversee daily warehouse operations, focusing on the receipt, storage, and dispatch of packaging materials.

✔Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems (manual or ERP-based).

✔Monitor stock levels to ensure availability of materials without overstocking; coordinate timely replenishments.

✔Ensure all packaging materials are stored in compliance with regulatory and GMP standards.

✔Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productive workflows, safety, and hygiene.

✔Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams.

✔Plan warehouse layout and optimize storage space utilization.

✔Maintain accurate documentation for material movement, stock registers, and audit readiness.





✔Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.

✔Generate periodic reports on stock status, material usage, and warehouse KPIs.

✔Implement 5S and lean inventory practices to minimize waste and increase productivity.

Required Qualifications

Hard Skills:

✔Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP software).

✔Deep understanding of packaging materials, SKUs, and storage conditions.

✔Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and warehouse safety regulations.

✔Data-driven approach to inventory control and warehouse planning.

Soft Skills:

✔Leadership and team management.

✔Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

✔Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

✔Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Skills:

✔Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

Education:

✔Any Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience:

✔Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in a cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or packaging environment.

✔Experience managing packaging material inventory is highly desirable.
