Role Description The Owner at MAG FORGE Holdings is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring sustainable business growth for the organization. This full-time, on-site role in Rajkot includes setting long-term goals, defining business plans, and monitoring performance across all departments. The Owner will manage key stakeholder relationships, including customers, suppliers, and financial partners, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial reports, making investment and budgeting decisions, guiding senior staff, resolving critical issues, and identifying new market opportunities. The Owner is also expected to foster an inclusive workplace culture, lead major negotiations, and represent the company in industry and community forums.

Qualifications

Solid strategic planning, business development, and decision-making abilities to steer overall company direction.





Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and understanding of key business performance metrics.

Experience in operations management, process improvement, and resource allocation within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

Effective leadership, people management, and conflict-resolution skills to guide diverse teams and senior staff.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and remain hands-on with day-to-day business activities.

Prior experience as a business owner, founder, or senior executive is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
