Role Description The Owner role at Diginique TechLabs is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and growth, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of developing technology and management talent. Daily responsibilities include setting organizational goals, managing key stakeholder relationships, supervising training and service delivery, and guiding financial and resource planning.

The role also involves leading business development initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards. The Owner will mentor core team members, foster a culture of innovation and excellence, and represent the organization at important meetings, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and guiding high-performing teams.





Expertise in business strategy, operations management, and organizational planning.

Background in technology or management domains, preferably with exposure to education, training, or edtech sectors.

Proficiency in financial oversight, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience in driving growth, partnerships, and new initiatives.

Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively with academic, corporate, and international partners.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field; prior founder or senior leadership experience is highly beneficial.
