Role Description The Owner role at BlindPay is a full-time, hybrid position based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Owner is responsible for defining the company vision, setting strategic goals, and overseeing daily operations across product development, marketing, finance, and customer support.

Day-to-day tasks include making key business decisions, managing budgets, supervising teams, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves building and maintaining partnerships, engaging with customers and stakeholders,



and guiding product roadmaps to align with market needs. The Owner is also expected to hire and develop talent, foster an inclusive culture, and drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong business leadership skills with experience in strategy development, decision-making, and overall company management.
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and basic accounting to manage cash flow and investments.
- Knowledge of digital payments or fintech, including understanding of industry trends, risk management, and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to oversee product development, including gathering user requirements, prioritizing features, and coordinating with technical teams.
- Experience with marketing, brand development, and customer acquisition, particularly in digital or technology-driven businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build partnerships and represent the company externally.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, delegate responsibilities effectively, and create a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or entrepreneurial experience are highly beneficial.
