Role Description The Owner role at Elegance Constructions is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The Owner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of company operations, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and supervision of construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers and site supervisors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards, managing client relationships, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.

The role also involves reviewing contracts, negotiating with vendors and subcontractors, monitoring financial performance,



and implementing process improvements. The Owner is expected to provide clear leadership, maintain operational discipline, and ensure that all projects align with the company’s standards and objectives.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams on construction projects.

Proven experience in construction project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

Sound knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and local compliance requirements relevant to projects in Hyderabad.

Business and financial acumen, including experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and vendor management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and coordinate with stakeholders.

Ability to make informed decisions under pressure, prioritize tasks, and solve operational challenges on-site.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience owning or leading a construction business, or holding a senior leadership role in the construction industry, is highly advantageous.
