Role Description The Overseas Education Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this role, the intern will support students interested in overseas education by providing information on programs, application processes, scholarships, and admission requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on international universities and courses, assisting with documentation and application workflows, and coordinating with partner institutions and internal teams.

The intern will interact with prospective learners and families, respond to inquiries, schedule counseling sessions,



and help organize workshops and information sessions. This position offers hands-on experience in education counseling, customer engagement, and operational support within a global education services environment.

Qualifications Candidates should possess foundational knowledge or strong interest in Education and global learning pathways.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.

Candidates should possess abilities in Training and Teaching, such as explaining complex information and guiding learners through processes.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including empathy, responsiveness, and a learner-centric mindset.

Relevant additional qualifications: strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail in handling applications and documents, proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online forms), and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred background: ongoing or completed studies in education, business, social sciences, or related fields; prior experience in counseling, student support, or administrative roles in an educational setting is an advantage.
