Job DescriptionWe're Hiring: Outreach Manager Operations — Bodhi Mind Care Hospital, Coimbatore

NBodhi Mind Care Hospital is a leading psychiatric and mental wellness centre in Coimbatore, built on a UK-model of care. We're looking for an experienced Outreach Manager Operations to lead financial sustainability, day-to-day operations, and outreach expansion as we scale our services.

NAbout the Role

nThis is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full accountability for the operational, financial, and growth health of the hospital. You'll be the engine room of the organisation — ensuring clinical services run smoothly, finances stay sound, and the Bodhi brand reaches more of the communities that need it.

NKey Responsibilities

nFinancial Sustainability

N- Own hospital-wide budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control across all service lines

N- Monitor daily collections, billing accuracy, and revenue leakage;

implement and enforce financial QA processes

N- Analyse underutilised services and recommend corrective action to improve margins

N- Prepare regular financial performance reports and briefings for the Managing Director and leadership

N- Manage vendor contractsand negotiate for cost efficiency (marketing, supplies, facilities, etc.)

N- Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles

NDay-to-Day Operations

n- Oversee daily hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments

N- Manage and support service leads/in-charges to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery

N- Implement and maintain operational systems (scheduling, reporting, HR banding/org structure, SOPs)

N- Ensure regulatory, quality, and safety compliance across the facility





N- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate risks proactively

N- Drive HR processes including staffing structure, performance tracking, and team development

NOutreach & Expansion

n- Develop and execute strategies to expand patient outreach across Coimbatore and surrounding regions

N- Build and manage partnerships with schools, community organisations, and referral networks

N- Oversee marketing and digital outreach vendors;

track ROI on enquiry generation and conversion

N- Identify opportunities for new service lines or partnerships aligned with the hospital's mission

N- Represent Bodhi Mind Care Hospital at community and professional engagement events

NWhat We're Looking For

N- Proven experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or a similar operations leadership role

N- Strong financial acumen— budgeting, P&L; management, and revenue analysis

N- Track record of managing multi-department teams and driving process improvement

N- Experience in business development, partnerships, or community outreach is a robust plus

N- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

N- Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
