NWe are a fast-growing, multi-outlet Mexican restaurant known for quality food and a focus on operational excellence. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our café operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

NType: Full time
NSalary Range (Monthly) - 30k to 45k INR
NWhat You'll Do
n- Oversee day-to-day café operations — opening, closing, and everything in between
N- Lead, train, and motivate a passionate front-of-house team
N- Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and service
N- Manage inventory, outlet level incentives, and cost controls
N- Handle customer feedback and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere
N- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service flow
N- Track daily sales,
prepare reports, and meet revenue targets
NWhat We're Looking For
N- 2–4 years of experiencein F&B; or café management
N- Strong leadership and people skills
N- A guest-first mindset with an eye for detail
N- Ability to stay calm and sharp during busy service hours
N- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
