We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to promote our services. The ideal candidate will contact prospective customers, explain membership plans, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into paid memberships while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Explain membership plans, features, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Follow up with interested customers to achieve sales conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th / HSS Pass / Any Graduate).
- 3+ months of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Fresher with solid Tamil or Telugu speaking skills may also apply
