We deal with production companies of all shapes and sizes and understand the speed and flexibility required in the film industry, and are always on hand with our in-house 24/7 emergency manned telephone number.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Out of Hours Travel Consultant. The Out of Hours Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and making reservations. The role involves offering exceptional customer service to meet the needs of media and production companies, ensuring efficient travel management.

Qualifications

Your application will not be considered if you are unable to meet the below specifications

Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Travel Consultant.



Out of hours experience is an advantage

Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills

Proficiency in Reservations and Customer Service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced and flexible environment

Experience in the travel or media industry is a plus

Must be able to work well as part of a team and also solo

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Fluency with Amadeus GDS is a must. This will be tested at interview

Fluency with Dolphin and TravelCase are an advantage

You must be able to converse in English at an Advanced or Native level. This will be tested at interview
