Key responsibilities Pre-Operative Prepare and set up the operating room sterilize instruments check and arrange equipment and position patients Intra-Operative During Surgery Pass instruments to surgeons suction fluids monitor equipment maintain sterility and provide technical support Post-Operative Assist in recovery clean and restock the operating room and ensure all supplies are ready for the next procedure Equipment Sterilization Manage sterilize and maintain surgical tools anesthetic gases and other essential equipment ensuring infection control Team Support Work closely with surgeons nurses and anesthetists to ensure a smooth efficient and safe surgical environment MIS documentation Maintain and provide reports and documents for the porpose of MIS Skills Attributes Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments Excellent teamwork communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and act quickly in emergencies Attention to detail and meticulous adherence to sterile techniques Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
