We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to manage the complete order coordination process from quotation and customer communication to work order distribution, production follow-up, billing, transportation, delivery, documentation, and customer complaint resolution.

The candidate will act as a coordination point between Sales, Production, Accounts, Dispatch/Logistics, and Customers to ensure that orders are completed and delivered on time with proper documentation and billing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· On-time order completion

· On-time dispatch and delivery

· Timely billing

· Accurate work order distribution

· Customer follow-up effectiveness

· Reduction in order delays

· Timely submission of Test Reports/COC

· Customer complaint closure time

· Proper coordination between Sales, Production, Accounts and Dispatch

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
