NWhat will you do?
n- Coordinate closely with Field Sales and Channel Partners to support deal closure
N- Convert confirmed orders into ERP (Sales Orders) with complete accuracy
N- Issue Order Confirmations and Proforma Invoices within defined timelines
N- Ensure correct pricing,taxes, delivery timelines, and documentation in ERP
N- Communicate effectivelywith Customer, Warehouse, Purchase, and Finance teams for order execution
N- Maintain structured documentation and follow-up discipline
N- Support data managementand ERP entries with high accuracy
N- Assist in handling customer queries related to orders, delivery, and documentation
N- Contribute to process improvements in order processing and coordination

n- 5–7 years of experience in Inside Sales / Order Processing / Sales Coordination
N- Experience in Engineering Components / Industrial Products preferred
N- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft NAV / Business Central / Dynamics preferred)
N- Comfortable handling Sales Orders, Quotations, Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices
N- High attention to detail and accuracy
N- Strong communication and coordination skills
N- Proficient in MicrosoftExcel and business communication
N- Ready to work full-timefrom office (Noida)
