- Oracle Utilities Implementation: Participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions.
- Business Process Understanding: Understand business processes within the utilities domain, with focus on billing, metering, and asset management.
- Product Expertise: Work hands-on with Oracle Utilities products, including Customer Care & Billing (CCB), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Work & Asset Management (WAM).
- Configuration & Customization: Configure Oracle Utilities modules as per client requirements.
- Testing & Support: Assist in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business needs.
