We are seeking a skilled Oracle Talent Management Professional with expertise in the Career Planning module to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a functional consultant, with knowledge of the full integration cycle between Job-Skills-Career Plans. Familiarity with Agile Skill Management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement the Career Planning module in Oracle Talent Management.
- Manage the end-to-end integration of Job-Skills-Career Plans to support talent development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement dynamic skill management frameworks.
- Conduct workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to Oracle Talent Management modules.




- Work in customer-facing roles and coordinate with team leads and project managers.
- Support implementation projects, including testing, training, and post-implementation support.

Key Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of the Oracle Career Planning module and related talent management functionalities.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion with a focus on Talent Management and Career Planning.
- Understanding of the full cycle integration between Jobs, Skills, and Career Plans.
- Experience with Dynamic Skill Management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a customer-facing role.
- Willingness to travel onsite (short-term or long-term).
