Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of an Oracle Fusion implementation for a Japan project. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, team coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful project delivery across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation project.
- Prepare and maintain the project plan, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Lead RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management and issue escalation.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams across multiple locations.
- Manage CRP, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live, and HyperCare activities.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee change requests, cutover planning, and production deployment.
- Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with Oracle Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing teams to manage cross-functional dependencies.
Required Experience
- 8–12 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Minimum 4–5 years managing Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM implementation projects.
- Experience managing global onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
