Role Description The Oracle PLM / Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Trainer at Calxmap will design and deliver instructor-led training programs for users and project teams on Oracle PLM and Fusion Cloud PLM modules. This contract, in office role in Chennai involves creating training materials, including user guides, hands-on exercises, and presentations, tailored to business processes and implementation stages. The trainer will conduct workshops, run classroom sessions, support end-user adoption, and provide feedback to stakeholders on training effectiveness and knowledge gaps.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with functional and technical teams to understand solution design, configuring demo environments, resolving learner queries, and updating content based on new features or process changes.



The trainer will also participate in planning training schedules and ensuring that learning objectives align with organizational goals.

Qualifications Business process and consulting skills to translate organizational workflows into effective Oracle PLM / Fusion Cloud PLM training content.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, including configuration and usage of Oracle PLM or Fusion Cloud PLM modules.

Knowledge of integration concepts to explain how Oracle PLM interacts with other enterprise systems and data flows.

Familiarity with Oracle HR or related Oracle Cloud modules to contextualize PLM processes within broader enterprise solutions (preferred).

Proven experience delivering software or ERP training, with strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.

Ability to create clear training documentation, guides, and exercises for diverse user groups with varying skill levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on learner success.

Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
