Role Overview :
As an Oracle Payroll Consultant/Sr. Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM ecosystem. You will engage directly with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to architect, configure, and optimize payroll processes that ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
By leveraging your deep functional expertise, you will drive the successful delivery of end-to-end payroll transformations, directly impacting the accuracy of compensation cycles and the overall employee experience for our diverse client base. This role demands a strategic mindset to navigate intricate payroll legislations while maintaining the integrity of cloud-based human capital management systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions to align with specific organizational policies, ensuring seamless integration with core HCM modules for accurate data flow.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business process owners to translate complex payroll needs into scalable system configurations and functional specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, including testing, validation, and production support, to guarantee timely and error-free salary disbursements for global workforces.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom fast formulas, extracts, and reports that address unique client reporting requirements and statutory compliance mandates.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-implementation support to resolve critical system issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrate mastery in Oracle Payroll and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a proven track record of managing complex payroll implementations and global rollouts.
- Exhibit robust analytical capabilities to interpret statutory payroll regulations and map them effectively into the Oracle Cloud environment.
- Communicate complex functional concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships across international teams.
- Possess a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.
- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of HR transformation lifecycles.
- Bring 8 - 13 years of professional experience in delivering high-impact Oracle HCM solutions, demonstrating a consistent history of technical excellence and project ownership.
