Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions using various modules such as Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation & Recruitment.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM products.

- Develop complex reports using Bi Reporting Tools like OTBI or BIP Reports.

- Extract data from multiple sources including EBS R12 tables and PL/SQL packages for analysis purposes.

- Provide training and support to end-users on implemented Oracle HCM solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technical consulting with hands-on experience in at least two modules (Global HR, Absence Management).

- Solid understanding of Bi Reporting Tools like OTBI or BIP Reports.

- Proficiency in developing extracts from various sources including EBS R12 tables and PL/SQL packages.

- Experience working with Data Loader tool for large-scale data migration projects.
