- Design, develop, and support inbound/outbound integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Create and troubleshoot HCM Extracts for third-party systems (eg, payroll, benefits)
- Proficient on Rapid Formulas
- Leverage HCM REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts, HDL, and HCM APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Desirable: Basic knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll interface)
