Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for an Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant based in Noida. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze supply chain requirements, translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM configurations, and support end-to-end solution design across modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and related functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading workshops, creating functional documents,



configuring and testing Oracle Fusion SCM, supporting data migration, and collaborating with technical teams on integrations and customizations.

The role involves troubleshooting functional issues, providing user training and support, and ensuring that solutions align with best practices, compliance standards, and organizational objectives. The consultant will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to optimization of supply chain processes and adoption of new Oracle Fusion capabilities.

Qualifications

Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, including configuration and support of key modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and related SCM areas.

Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications and configuration documentation.

Hands-on involvement in testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT), issue analysis, and coordination with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reports.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, train end users, and provide post-implementation support in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with broader Oracle Cloud ecosystem, supply chain best practices, and standard implementation methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
