Hiring: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead Compensation

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead – Compensation to lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Workforce Compensation, excellent client-facing skills, and experience delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Key Requirements

- 7–10+ years of HCM experience across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
- Minimum 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong expertise in Workforce Compensation (Mandatory) and Core HR




- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and data flow
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live support

Preferred Skills

- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM Functional consulting experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
- Ability to lead workshops, mentor teams, and manage project deliverables
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience handling complex functional issues and supporting project delivery
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally, if required
