Role Overview

We’re seeking seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Leads specializing in US & Canada Payroll to drive enterprisescale Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. This role demands strong functional expertise, clientfacing skills, and the ability to lead endtoend delivery.

Required Expertise

- US Payroll: 10+ years experience
- Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations (US/Canada)
- Deep knowledge of US Payroll legislation (401(k), 403(b), 457(b), MidYear Balance Initialization)
- Expertise in Quick Formulas, Payroll Flow Design, Cost Allocation, HDL/FSM




- Handson with Payroll tax processing, yearend activities, reconciliations, compliance
- Strong skills in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration and process optimization

Ideal Candidate

- Proven Oracle Fusion HCM consulting experience
- Excellent clientfacing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead workshops, mentor teams, and manage deliverables
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Experience handling complex functional issues and supporting project delivery
- Willingness to travel domestically/internationally if required
