Technical & Qualified Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in Oracle ERP, with at least 3+ full-lifecycle implementations specifically on Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Deep Functional Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of multi-currency, multi-ledger, and intercompany accounting setups within the Fusion environment.

Integration Savvy: Familiarity with how Financials integrate with Procurement (P2P), and HCM.

Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers).

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Cloud Financials Certification.
- Experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud) or ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud).
- Prior experience in a Lead or Principal Consultant capacity.
