Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead large, multi-year Oracle Fusion Financials transformation programs from business case through post-go-live stabilization.

✅ Provide functional leadership across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Tax.

✅ Drive end-to-end Oracle EBS/Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, and cloud transformations.

✅ Partner with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Operations, Audit, and Compliance teams to deliver strategic finance solutions.

✅ Manage global ERP landscapes supporting multi-ledger, multi-country, and GAAP-compliant finance operations.

✅ Oversee month-end and quarter-end close, accounting controls, reconciliations, audit support, and financial governance.

✅ Lead onshore and offshore teams, AMS operations, SLA governance, production support, defect management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Drive cloud ERP release management, change management, and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills





✔ 16–20 years of Enterprise ERP experience

✔ Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)

✔ Full-cycle Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience

✔ Proven leadership in large Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programs for global/Fortune 100 organizations

✔ Experience managing enterprise ERP environments across multiple countries

✔ Strong knowledge of accounting controls, month-end close, reconciliations, SOX compliance, and audit processes

✔ Expertise in AMS, production support, SLA governance, and Oracle Cloud operations

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
