Job Title: Manager Oracle EPM (EPBCS)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Oracle EPM (EPBCS) to lead Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) engagements with a focus on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will have robust functional and technical expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, along with experience leading implementation teams and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle EPM EPBCS solutions.
- Gather business requirements and design planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutions.
- Configure EPBCS applications, business rules, forms, dashboards, security, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, Groovy scripts, Smart View reports, and Financial Reporting (FR) reports.
- Integrate EPBCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, and third-party systems using Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Support data migration, metadata management, and monthly planning cycles.
- Lead SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support.
- Mentor team members, review deliverables,



and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Manage client communication, project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS.

- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud and external systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (preferred).
- Experience with FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, or other Oracle EPM modules is an added advantage.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and EPM Automate.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
