- Lead and manage Oracle EBS Shipping Execution (WSH) processes, including pick, pack, and ship confirmation
- Oversee OM date orchestration, delivery updates, and freight terms
- Define BOL (Bill of Lading) content, density dimensions capture, and NMFC linkage (e.g., Hook & Loop 49260)
- Ensure proper integration with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) including reference sync, release, and planned/actual shipment updates
- Manage the ship confirm feedback loop for billing and AR invoicing touchpoints
- Provide functional guidance to shipping users and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement freight rules and optimize shipping
