Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant Experience: 6-8 Years Job Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore

Job Summary:

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle EBS Financials support, rollouts, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver functional solutions, resolve production issues within SLA, and support continuous improvements across Oracle EBS Finance modules.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS Finance solutions
- Support Oracle EBS Financials enhancements, rollouts, and production support activities
- Configure Oracle EBS Finance modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, interfaces, and enhancement requests
- Resolve production support issues within SLA and support period-end activities
- Handle integration issues, regression testing, reconciliation, and period-close support
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation




- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support
- Communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders

Required Skills:

1. 68 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials
2. Robust expertise in Oracle EBS GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets (FA), and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
3. Experience in Oracle EBS production support, rollouts, and enhancement projects
4. Experience handling custom objects, integrations, and regression testing
5. Good understanding of reconciliation, period-end close, and financial processes
6. Ability to work independently with Product Owners, business users, and development teams
7. Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

- Oracle EBS R12 implementation or support experience
- Knowledge of SQL and Oracle Financials integrations
- Experience working in Agile environments

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who:

- Has never worked directly with clients
- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS Financials support experience
- Is not willing to work from the office
