- Manage & support Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c) in a production setting.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC for high availability and clustering.
- Perform database monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Handle L2 incidents, patching, and backup/recovery (RMAN).
- Work with Data Guard for disaster recovery and replication.
- Implement security policies, user access controls, and database auditing.
- Automate routine tasks using Shell scripting or PL/SQL.
- Collaborate with application teams and escalate critical issues to L3 support.
