Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management & Learning Functional Consultant (5–8 Years)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management & Learning

Functional Consultant with 5–8 years of Oracle HCM experience and at least 2–3 end-to-end

Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Talent Management Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Skills & Experience:

 5–8 years of Oracle HCM experience.

 Strong functional expertise in Oracle Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.

 Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration.

 Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, training,



and deployment activities.

 Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI Reporting, and integrations.

 Solid stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

 Ability to collaborate with technical teams and support business users.

Preferred

 Oracle Cloud HCM certifications in Talent Management and/or Learning.

 Experience in global Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

 Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and feature adoption.

Note

Candidates with proven Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Learning implementation experience and strong client-facing skills will be highly preferred.
