Required Technical Skill Set- Oracle CC&B; , MDM

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

- 6 - 8 + years of Experience on Oracle CC&B; and MDM.
- Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Groovy scripting, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals
- Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
- Extensive knowledge in Java, Groovy, IWS Service, SOAPUI, Scripts, SQL and PL/SQL, Jenkins, WebLogic, VM , Bundles
- Experience in Solution Design and support.

Good communication Skills

Responsibilities (Technical)

- Join customer workshop and discuss on the technical requirements.
- Create technical design document (TDD).
- Ability to create Integration requirement specification document.
- Ability to create Integration mapping document.




- Need to engage with multiple teams from various geography locations (e.g., Integration, DBA, technical, testing)
- Once it is sign off developed artifacts need to move to production with the help of Admin/DBA team.
- For support monitoring of tickets through SDM tools
- Acceptance of tickets from the queue as per the SLA.
- Based on the merits of the ticket interact with functional user and try for resolution. Based on SLA of the tickets prioritize the tickets and contact different teams.
- Distribution of tickets in different queues.
- Interacts with person/team for next level of discussion to help in resolution.
- Adaptable enough to extend service support.
