Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in developing scalable, cloud-native applications and modern digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end software solutions across the front-end and back-end technology stack. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that support business and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and secure web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and cloud-based services across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
- Implement secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability standards to ensure enterprise-grade application delivery.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, and technical solutioning sessions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, containerization technologies, and automated deployment practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across development, testing, and production environments.
- Partner with Quality Engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases through unit testing, integration testing, and defect remediation.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting emerging technologies, engineering best practices, and AI-enabled development tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications &

Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in full stack application development.
- Solid proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with up-to-date front-end frameworks including React, Angular, and responsive web development.
- Strong experience in Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend development.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented design principles, and secure coding standards.
- Experience working in Agile delivery models and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications, automation frameworks, or healthcare technology solutions will be an added advantage.
