Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist / OPT Recruiter

Location: Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite)

Experience: 3-5+ Years

Work Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in IT staffing and H-1B visa processing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling H1B transfers, H4-EAD, GC, and citizens, working with direct client positions, and managing project transfers for consultants. This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, legal process knowledge, and a deep understanding of the IT services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in handling H1B transfers, H4-EAD, GC, and citizens
- Understand the candidate's skill set, visa status,



and career aspirations.
- Post job requirements on Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other portals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate details.
- Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets.
- Stay updated on US IT market trends and hiring needs.
- Strong background in working with direct client positions
- Keep in regular contact with candidates and guide them through to the end
- Familiarity with project transfers.
