Experience: 3 to 6 years About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is as comfortable designing a clean corporate deck as they are editing a short video or laying out a brochure. You will work closely with KNAV's global marketing team to create materials that look polished, stay on brand, and actually communicate something. If you have a good eye, take pride in consistency, and can juggle a few projects without dropping the ball, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

- Design presentations for client pitches, webinars, conferences, and internal communications, primarily in PowerPoint.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, reports, case studies, social media graphics, banners, and digital ads.

•Turn complex financial and advisory concepts into visuals that are clear and easy to follow.

•Design infographics and visual layouts that communicate data in a straightforward way.Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating professional.

Video Creation

•Produce short videos for social media, campaigns, and internal use, covering editing, simple animation,



and basic motion graphics.

•Work with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva Video to put together clean, qualified outputs.

•Cut and assemble footage, add captions, transitions, and music in line with KNAV's visual style.

Brand Adherence

•Apply KNAV's brand guidelines consistently across every piece of work, including colours, fonts, tone, and layout.

•Support the team in maintaining a library of approved templates, assets, and design standards that can be used across the seven countries KNAV operates in.

Day-to-Day Collaboration

- Work alongside the marketing team to deliver creatives on time without needing a lot of back and forth.
- Take briefs, ask the right questions, and come back with work that is close to the mark on the first attempt.

Skills and Tools

- Microsoft PowerPoint, advanced level. You should be able to build a polished, structured deck from scratch.
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop and Illustrator for design; Premiere Pro or After Effects for video.
- Canva, including for video and presentation work.
- Strong typography sense and an understanding of layout and white space.
- Basic to intermediate video editing, including cutting, transitions, captions, and audio.
- A clear understanding of what a brand guide is and how to follow one.
- Ability to work across multiple formats without the quality dropping between them. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a design role, either in-house or at an agency.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both print/digital design and video work.
- Experience working in a B2B, corporate, or professional services environment is a plus. Good to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or basic 2D animation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn creative formats and what performs well on the platform.
- Exposure to global or multi-country marketing contexts.
