Role Description The Operator role at Pro Packaging is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The Operator is responsible for running packaging machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring that products are packed according to specifications and quality standards. Daily tasks include setting up and adjusting machines, loading materials, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns.

The Operator will follow standard operating procedures, maintain cleanliness around work areas, and complete production logs or basic documentation as needed.



This role works closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets while maintaining a safe and orderly workplace.

Qualifications

Ability to operate and monitor packaging machinery, including basic setup, adjustments, and routine checks.

Understanding of production workflows, quality standards, and safe material handling practices in a manufacturing or packaging environment.

Basic mechanical aptitude for identifying simple equipment issues and communicating them clearly to maintenance or supervisors.

Attention to detail for inspecting finished products, following instructions, and maintaining accurate production records.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work safely in a fast-paced, on-site production setting.

Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions reliably.

Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or factory operations is preferred but not mandatory.

High school diploma or equivalent is desirable; willingness to learn and follow company training programs is essential.
