1.To operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements, cleanroom standards, and environmental control parameters (temperature, humidity, pressure, air quality).
2.Operate HVAC systems including AHU, VRV/VRF, and ventilation systems
3.Monitor temperature, relative humidity (RH), and differential pressure (DP) as per SOP and GMP requirements.
4.Handle cleanroom HVAC systems (ISO classified areas) ensuring.
5.Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
6.Identify faults and carry out basic troubleshooting of HVAC equipment
7.Coordinate with engineering/maintenance/production team for major repairs
- Maintain HVAC logbooks, checklists, and daily reports.
- Assist in HVAC validation and qualification activities
10.Ensure proper functioning of filters, air distribution, and exhaust systems.
11.Follow safety procedures and SOPs during operation and maintenance.
12.Maintain housekeeping of HVAC areas and equipment.
