We are looking for a skilled Operations Team Leader with 2 to 7 years of experience to manage our warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth operations and driving excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manpower, inventory, dispatch, inbound, and outbound activities.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations, including manpower, inventory, dispatch, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of productivity and process adherence.
- Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness of operations.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Experience with inventory management systems and software applications.
