Role Description The Operations & Project Delivery Manager (Solar EPC) is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects. The role includes planning project timelines, coordinating procurement and deliveries, and ensuring that all materials, equipment, and services arrive on schedule. The manager supervises site activities, including installation quality, inspections, and compliance with technical and safety standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading cross-functional teams, managing logistics and vendors, tracking progress against project milestones, resolving operational issues, and reporting on project status, risks, and budget adherence.



The role also requires continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall project performance.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in expediting and experience working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination for solar EPC or related infrastructure projects.

Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including quality checks, technical compliance reviews, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and optimization of transport and warehousing.

Relevant experience in solar, renewable energy, or construction project delivery, preferably in EPC environments.

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with clients and partners, and make data-driven decisions under time constraints.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project or operations management are an advantage.
