? Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field Are you a freight operations professional with hands-on expertise in Air & Ocean import-export? We're looking for a Manager – Operations to lead end-to-end freight operations — from shipment planning and documentation to customs clearance, vendor coordination, and final delivery. ? What You'll Do

✅ Manage Air and Ocean import-export freight operations end-to-end

✅ Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHA, transporters, overseas agents and clients

✅ Ensure timely customs clearance, cargo movement, tracking and delivery

✅ Negotiate freight rates and manage operational costs effectively

✅ Maintain shipment MIS, billing records, documentation and compliance





✅ Resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth shipment execution ? What We're Looking For

✔️ Hands-on experience in Air and Ocean freight operations

✔️ Solid coordination skills with vendors, transporters, CHA, shipping lines, airlines and overseas agents

✔️ Solid knowledge of import-export documentation, shipment tracking and freight pricing

✔️ Proven experience in CHA & customs coordination, freight pricing/negotiation, and MIS reporting If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and know your way around Air & Ocean freight, CHA coordination, and client servicing — we'd love to hear from you! ?
