NJob Purpose:

NLead and oversee end-to-end Contract Logistics Operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability, compliance, and continuous business growth.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Lead warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.

- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.
N
- Manage P&L;, budgets, and operational KPIs.
N
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.
N
- Build solid customer relationships and handle key escalations.
N
- Lead contract implementation and process improvement initiatives.
N
- Develop and mentor high-performing operations teams.
N




- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
N

nQualification & Experience:

N

n
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Management.
N
- 15–20 years of experience in Contract Logistics/3PL operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
N

nKey Skills:

NContract Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, P&L; Management, WMS/ERP, Customer Relationship Management, Process Improvement, Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Management.
