We are launching a premium yet accessible cosmetics retail store of approximately 1,400 sq. ft. in the heart of Sinnar. We are looking for a motivated, curious, and highly responsible person who is genuinely passionate about cosmetics, beauty products, skincare, personal care, and retail business.

Prior work experience is not mandatory. What matters most is curiosity, passion, ownership mindset, and the willingness to learn how a cosmetics retail business is built and managed.

This role is suitable for freshers, aspiring entrepreneurs, or candidates who want hands-on experience in managing and growing a retail business from the ground up. Key Responsibilities1.

Business

Setup & Vendor Management

Identify and connect with cosmetics brands, distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers

Help onboard suitable product brands for the store

Support discussions around pricing, margins, credit terms, product returns, and supply terms

Build and maintain vendor relationships

Help curate the product range based on customer demand and market trends

Store

Operations & Inventory

Manage day-to-day store operations

Oversee product stocking, replenishment, inventory tracking, and stock audits

Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products

Maintain proper store presentation, product display, merchandising, and cleanliness

Ensure accurate inventory records and minimize stock losses





- Team & Customer Management

Support hiring, training, and supervision of store staff

Ensure good customer service and a positive shopping experience

Help set and monitor sales targets

Handle customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction

- Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement

Plan and support local marketing activities

Manage customer outreach through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms

Help build and maintain a customer database

Drive repeat customers through offers, engagement, and relationship-building

- Financial & Compliance Support

Track daily sales, expenses, billing, and store performance

Coordinate with accounting professionals for GST and basic compliance requirements

Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and documentation

Help monitor margins, profitability, and operational efficiency

Study customer preferences and local market trends

Suggest new products, brands, categories, and offers

Support strategies to increase sales and strengthen the store’s presence in the market

Take ownership of improving the business over time

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Strong interest and passion for cosmetics, beauty, skincare, personal care, and retail business

Curiosity to learn about Indian cosmetics brands, product categories, ingredients, customer preferences, and market trends

Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

Ability to work independently with honesty,



discipline, and ownership

Willingness to learn vendor management, inventory, sales, marketing, and store operations

Basic comfort with mobile apps, WhatsApp, social media, billing systems, and spreadsheets

Experience Requirement

Work experience is not compulsory.

Freshers can apply if they are genuinely interested in cosmetics and retail business. However, experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:
