Role Description The Operations Manager role at NeediBuy is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and ensuring timely deliveries.

The Operations

Manager monitors key performance metrics, identifies process gaps, and implements improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the operations team, aligning workflows with business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional departments such as sales, customer support, and finance.



The role also involves managing operational documentation, enforcing compliance with internal policies, and supporting the rollout of new tools and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, and supply chain or logistics supervision.
- Proficiency in using operations or ERP systems, spreadsheets, and productivity tools to manage data and reporting.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Background in e-commerce, hospitality, HORECA, or B2B platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
